How do I review qualifications?
Your incoming qualification requests will be found on your Home Dashboard, in the Task box "New Qualification Requests".
The qualification process works in two steps:
1. Document review and
2. Company data review
Depending on your permission role, you will be responsible for either of these steps. If your permission role is "Dispatcher" you will review the companies qualification documents.
The document review is a step-by-step process where you can review each qualification document individually, either approving them or requesting changes to the documents.
The second step of the process is to review the company data. This step is performed by the Master Data Management permission role.
