How do I share my qualification documents?

Answer

To share your qualification documents with a forwarder. Navigate to your home dashboard, click on "Share Qualification Documents", then search for the forwarder you would like to share your documents with.

If the forwarder is not on the TrustedTrucks, you can invite them to the platform with a special invitation that contains your qualification documents by clicking on "Invite a forwarder to TrustedTrucks" you'll need their email address and country.

If the forwarder you'd like to share your qualification documents with is already on the platform, simply click on "View Profile" and then once you're on the forwarders profile page, click on "Request Qualification" in the next screen you will see the documents you the forwarder requires.
